YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Having recently relocated to Boise from Kansas City, Rita decided that she wanted to launch a different Physical Therapy practice in the Treasure Valley. Having extensive experience in several different clinical settings, she saw how difficult it was for busy patients to have the time to visit a clinic in order to get the care they desperately needed. They often missed treatments, delayed care, or rescheduled appointments because leaving work, finding a babysitter, or the already packed clinic hours just didn’t fit into their schedule. Being mobile now allows her to bring the clinic to her patients.

In her spare time she enjoys biking, yoga, hiking, cooking, and discovering everything else that the beautiful state of Idaho has to offer with her husband and two daughters.

She studied at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT) in 2002. She is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a member of the National Strength & Conditioning Association. She has been practicing for 15+ years in various outpatient settings in Connecticut, New Jersey, and Kansas. She is a lifelong learner and has continued her education in some of the most highly regarded and well-researched treatment methods, including the McKenzie method which is a biopsychosocial system of musculoskeletal care emphasizing patient empowerment and self-treatment. Rita is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

In her spare time she enjoys biking, yoga, hiking, cooking, and discovering everything else that the beautiful state of Idaho has to offer with her husband and two daughters.
